- Technical data needed for spam protection (IP address, browser data), processed via Cloudflare Turnstile
We do not collect any other personal data unless you provide it to us voluntarily, for example by email.
3. How and Why We Use Your Data
We use the data you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss your project (legal basis: your consent given via the contact form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries)
- Record and manage your enquiry as a lead in our internal CRM system
- Where enabled, use an AI assistant to help classify the type and quality of your enquiry, so we can respond more efficiently (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- Protect our website and contact form against spam and abuse, using rate-limiting and bot-detection (legal basis: legitimate interest)
4. Who We Share Your Data With
We use the following service providers (data processors) to operate our website and respond to enquiries:
- CRM system (self-hosted Frappe/ERPNext, crm.taka.ro): stores your enquiry details so our team can follow up with you.
- Cloudflare: provides spam/bot protection (Turnstile) and content delivery for our website. Cloudflare may process your IP address for this purpose.
- Anthropic (Claude AI), where enabled: may process the text of your message to help classify the type and priority of your enquiry. Anthropic is based in the United States; any transfer is made under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we do not use it for advertising.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep enquiry/lead data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to maintain a record of our business communications, generally up to 3 years from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting/tax obligations) or you ask us to delete it sooner.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out before withdrawal
